History: The Auxiliary's hospital gift shop first opened in March of 1970 during Helen Alander's term as president and was located where the X-ray room would be in 1985, and in what is currently the office wing of the hospital. The Pink Ladies were responsible for the shop's books and banking. Volunteers are still responsible for La Boutique’s success today.
